Workshop Supervisor

Responsibilities

 To organize all workshop-related activities for high productivity and maintain minimal customer’s car(s) downtime.

Ensure workshop procedures & systems are known to all staff and strictly followed during repairs on vehicle as well as maintenance documentation.

Daily monitoring of repair time and quality of services rendered.

Maintain a very positive and customer-oriented culture within the technical and management team and also ensuring a very cordial relationship with our customers.

Certify workshop facility, tools and other equipment are properly taken care of and available in ready-to-use condition at all times.

Organize regular training and workshops for team members to aide their professional development and equally provide timely feedback.

Review all Repair Orders inspect the quality of repairs before the releasing vehicles to clients.

Provide technical advice to team members, analyze and interpret data.

Interface with parts suppliers for appropriate and quality parts supply.

Must Have

HND / B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering / Workshop Certifications.

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Good knowledge of Japanese automobiles

Comfortable with several diagnostic tools

Good Team Player and Problem Solving mindset.

Technically Competent with proof of past work.

Leadership Competence with thorough supervision.

Excellent communication skills (Both writing and verbal communications).
